The given bar charts display the proportion of the students with different age groups ranging from under 26 year-olds to over 49 year-olds. The first graph shows the two main reasons for studying according to the age groups whereas the second graph describes the percentage of students with employer support.

According to the first graph, there is a clear distinction between the older and younger generations in terms of purposes for studying. Nearly 80 percent of students under 26 years old study for their career while only 10 percent out of interest. On the contrary, almost 70 percent of over 49-year-old students choose to pursue academic achievement out of interest in comparison to 18 percent studying for a career in that age group.

The second graph shows that the employer support is maximum for the under 26 years old students. Nearly 70 percent of the students get the benefit from their employers, but the figure sharply drops to 35 percent up to the third decade of life. Then, it gains a smart rise up to 44 percent.

Putting those graphs together, it is unclear that the employer support is only for career purposes. Although the highest level of support is given to the students under 26 years old who mainly study for career, adults over 46 years old also get relatively high support from the employer.
